Heritage Parts Canada, the country’s leading provider of replacement parts for commercial kitchen equipment, has launched HeritageParts.ca, the first e-commerce website developed specifically for the Canadian foodservice industry.

The introduction of HeritageParts.ca expands customers options to buy parts and access technical information. The online store offers the ability to transact in Canadian currency, without duties or fees. HeritageParts.ca is a dual language site, offering native English and French versions.

HeritageParts.ca is interconnected with Heritage’s Canadian-based Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), enabling customers to interact online. For those customers in the Toronto area, the e-commerce site offers “Counter Pick Up” as a purchase option, allowing customers to order online and pick parts up at the distribution center.
