Recipe Club: Grilled Mango Margarita with Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic

Patio season is finally upon us! Time to fire up your cocktail selection with McCormick Corporate Executive Chef Juriaan Snellen‘s latest creation, the Grilled Mango Margarita! Served with freshly grilled mango slices seasoned with Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic, this summer-ready beverage is complete with the sweet taste of Billy Bee Liquid White Honey, a sea-salted rim and a fresh lime wedge. 2 each Mango, peeled and sliced

1 tbsps Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero & Roasted Garlic Seasoning

2 tbsps Billy Bee Liquid White Honey

2 tbsps brandy

150 ml tequila

150 ml fresh lime juice

2 cups ice cubes


2 tsp Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean

4 each lime wedges


Peel and slice mango, grill each slice on both sides on medium low, sprinkle with Club House La Grille Fiery Habanero and Roasted Garlic Seasoning. Cover, refrigerate and reserve. In blender combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Rim each glass with Club House Sea Salt, French Mediterranean, pour Margarita into each glass and decorate with lime wedge.
