Move over margarita, there’s a new cocktail in town! A little spicy, a little sweet and deliciously fresh, the Sriracha Lime Sour is the perfect mix of tart lemon juice, sweet simple syrup and creamy egg whites, all with a kick of tequila. This delicious cocktail was created for Club House for Chefs by Alessandro Vianello, Executive Chef of Gooseneck Hospitality in Vancouver.
Yield: 4 Servings
8 oz. tequila
4 oz. lemon juice
2 oz. simple syrup
2 egg whites
½ oz. Club House Sriracha and Lime Seasoning
2 tsps Angostura Bitters
½ tsp Club House Sriracha and Lime Seasoning
Place all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds then double strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a few dots of bright angostura bitters and a sprinkle of Club House Sriracha and Lime Seasoning. Enjoy!
