In this edition of “concepts to watch,” we highlight three restaurant concepts that are making an impact on Canadian diners. Here’s a look at the characteristics and menu offerings that make these restaurants unique:

Rosemary Rocksalt

  • Strong adult beverage program featuring premium beers, cocktails and a wine list with local and global selections

  • Chicken Wings—this house specialty is available in a wide variety of flavours, including Spicy Sweet Ginger, Whiskey Guinness and Roasted Garlic BBQ
  • Starters—choices include deep-fried pierogis, pulled pork sliders and lettuce wraps
