Leading upflush plumbing company provides a hygienic solution for coffee shops with the Sanivite

Saniflo Canada, the worldwide leader of macerating and grinder toilets as well as drain-water pumping systems for residential and commercial applications, helped a popular coffee chain update their sinks in a safe and reliable way thanks to the Sanivite.

Saniflo recently worked with a popular coffee chain restaurant to upgrade their existing submersible pumps, which failed regularly, with a reliable product that would pump the gray water from a sink and dishwasher.  The Sanivite was installed quickly using existing drain lines to discharge wastewater without doing major construction that can interrupt business, disturb customers and affect the bottom line.

“We were approached by the coffee shop to help solve their issue with unreliable pumps that affected day-to-day activity. However, as the coffee shop was in a busy shopping mall construction time was quite restricted,” said Ross Evans, National Sales Manager, Saniflo Canada. “The Sanivite was a perfect option as it is designed for heavy duty applications and can be installed without the need to break the concrete.”

The Sanivite is a drain pump that can be used for both residential and commercial applications to pump gray water away from a variety of fixtures, up to 16’ vertically and 150’ horizontally. The unit connects to sinks, showers, bathtubs, urinals and whirlpools and is small enough to fit inside a kitchen cabinet, vanity or under a sink.
