Today, Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill has announced an even faster and easier way for Canadians to re-order their favourite rotisserie meals. On-the-go mobile ordering is now available with the help of the Google Assistant app for Android and iPhones.
The first of its kind in Canada, the action allows customers to conveniently place a reorder for pick up or delivery at one of Swiss Chalets 200-plus locations via the brand’s mobile platform through linking their Swiss Chalet account to their Google Assistant. Using a simple voice command, busy Canadians can then begin to place their order simply by saying “okay Google, order from Swiss Chalet,” and can select from saved favourites or reorder their last meal.
“Canadians are constantly on-the-go so being able to offer the convenience of voice-enabled ordering is an exciting advancement in our ongoing commitment to enhancing our guest’s ordering experience.” explains David Colebrook, vice-president of marketing at Cara.
About Swiss Chalet:
Swiss Chalet is the second largest full-service restaurant brand in Canada and has been serving Canadians for over 60 years. Rotisserie Chicken, fresh-cut fries, smoky BBQ ribs, and the secret Chalet sauce are the core of our DNA. Since 1954, we have been sourcing our fresh, never frozen chicken from Canadian chicken farmers, hand-chipping our Canadian potatoes to create our famous fresh-cut fries, and have been marinating our Canadian side ribs for 24 hours before braising them to tender juicy perfection and grilling them to order. We also have been innovating new ways to enjoy our famous recipes. No matter how you choose to enjoy your favourites, any day, any way, your meal is ready at Swiss Chalet. Dine-in, call-ahead or talk-in for take-out or order delivery through our mobile app and website.
