Recipe Club: Ten ways to use garam masala

By McCormick Canada

Garam masala is a gorgeous blend of ground spices originating from the Indian subcontinent, and it’s the perfect addition to add a little kick to some of your favourite dishes. Typically a concoction of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander, nutmeg and peppercorns, this staple blend injects warmth and soul into everything from scrambled eggs to traditional curries.
