With today’s rampant use of social media, it is very important to keep track of what people are saying about your restaurant or foodservice operation online. Try using sites like sproutsocial or socialmention which will alert you every time someone posts a review of your operation online at such websites like Yelp, Zagat, Urbanspoon, CitySearch,etc. This way, you are able to react quickly to any negative reviews, or use rave reviews in your promotional work.
