Uber’s new stand-alone app allows Montrealers to order food from their favorite local restaurants
The Uber Quebec team has officially launched UberEATS in Montreal, an on-demand food delivery app that helps bring Montrealers the food they want at the tap of a button. Partnering with over 100 restaurants in Montreal, UberEATS offers meals for every taste and occasion. From local favorites to everyday national brands, the app offers a wide-selection of food options, all conveniently available in one place and delivered fast and fresh–with the reliability you’ve come to expect from Uber.
That means whatever the craving – late-night snack, post-workout boost, or nutritious dinner for the whole family – it’s just a click away. Starting today, UberEATS will be delivering a wide selection of quality eats from places like L’Gros Luxe, Europea, Venice MTL, and Uniburger directly to hungry Montrealers.
“By partnering with more than 100 local Montreal restaurants, we are proud to help Montrealers order food from their favorites restaurants – at the push of a button. Beyond great meals, UberEATS creates new flexible economic opportunities for restaurant and delivery partners that will benefit the Montreal economy,” said Greg Perowne, Montreal UberEATS Manager
UberEATS gives Montreal eaters, restaurant partners, and delivery partners more options. Hundreds of Montreal restaurants can now connect to the Uber delivery network to expand their businesses and reach a new marketplace. Delivery partners also gain access to even more flexible earning opportunities.
“L’Gros Luxe restaurants are very pleased to partner with UberEATS, enabling hundreds of thousands of Montrealers to discover our cuisine with the push of a button or to order their favorite dishes. More and more people are turning to delivery and the fact that Uber has adapted their technology is a great news for Montreal and the customers of L’Gros Luxe,” said Alex Bastide, L’Gros Luxe CEO
“Innovation has always been at the heart of the Europea group’s philosophy. With the UberEATS platform, Montrealers can now enjoy a gourmet meal in the comfort of their home. My kitchen can reach more people easily and quickly,” concluded Jérôme Ferrer, CEO Europea Group, Executive Chef, Chef Relais & Châteaux
